Move FMI-LS-BUS Impl. Guide Demos to a separate Repo

The Demo FMUs within the FMI-LS-BUS Impl. Guide is currently part of the FMI Impl. Guide Repo. The demos shall be moved to a separate Repo, even to track changes of demo implementation in a better way.

The guide itself has now been split out. If there is interest, the demos could then be split out in a next step...
