How to specify related variables

Meeting 7.11.2023:

• add a variableKind namespace, i.e., a variableKind called "related" (+ mention that "related.(reverseDomainNotation)" would a good idea)
• important: we don't define any semantic meaning for these releated variables in ls
• these variables are ignored for any ordering in the ls (i.e., they can be put anywhere and will not influence anything)

Meeting 14.05.2024:
We should just define that the related variables can be added to the terminal, their variableKind must not start with org.fmi-standard.fmi-ls-struct.
We should add examples for such related variables: interpolation methond, last used index (typically a local variable for debugging), other debug flags, extrapolation parameter, ...

Add example variables to the spec examples. E.g., add an interpolation method to point cloud example ("radial bases functions")
