FMI tools list not rendered correctly

The problem might be network request related, as the presentation you saw first is the one potentially rendered initially, which is then replaced by the actual list; so intermittent network issues might lead to this, or there is maybe something else problematic happening.

On my Mac with Chrome I get the following error message in the console. However the HTTP link below does not show up in the source code.

tools/:1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://fmi-standard.org/tools/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://unpkg.com/vue@3.5.13/dist/vue.global.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
tools/:259 Uncaught ReferenceError: Vue is not defined
    at tools/:259:25

Upon reload the problem disappeared.
