How can version chains of glue particles be created in data management systems and what information from the glue particles is required for this? Which parts of the concept are part of the Glue Particle Standard, which parts are tool-specific functionalities?

The interoperation between SSP Traceability (e.g. Derivation Chain) and external data management systems and the delineatioon of responsibilities should be spelt out in the Spec (i.e. where the Derivation Chain is introduced).
