Support specification of file/URI-based parameters #74
Description
In order to better support bundling of files that should be accessed by FMUs using a string parameter to provide a path or URI to the file in question, it would be good to have a way to indicate such parameters (likewise an extension to FMI to indicate such parameters has also been discussed), and to provide a mechanism to bind such parameters to values that are resolved to absolute paths for resources in the SSP package/located alongside the SSD.
