Add option to send email notifications

I want to know as soon as projects have an update available, and the best way to know that is through emails

Similar to how CF and Spigot do it, it would be nice to get an email once a project is updated

Describe alternatives you've considered

Other forms of push notifications could work as well, although email is preferred for easier tracking
