Failed to generate type declaration even though tsc command runs successfully

Background
I'm using Vue + typescript + webpack5
The versions are as below
"@module-federation/enhanced": "^0.23.0",
"typescript": "^4.5.0",

My configuration

When I run yarn start command, it shows the error below. But however, types declaration are generated under dist folder without zip file.

After I run tsc command, no error was found.

Error

This is very common on Windows.

❗ Why It Happens

Windows does not accept single quotes around paths.

✅ Solution — Use Double Quotes

❌ Wrong

npx tsc --project 'D:\path	oile.json'

✔ Correct

npx tsc --project "D:\path	oile.json"

Running this manually will generate the DTS successfully.

📌 4. Important Note for Windows Path Handling

If using:

"@module-federation/rsbuild-plugin": "^0.19.1"

Make sure your project path:

❌ Does NOT contain:

• Spaces
• Hyphens

✔ Use underscores instead

❌ Bad:

D:/All Projects/mf_app

✔ Good:

D:/All_Projects/mf_app

The Module Federation DTS generator breaks when spaces or hyphens exist in the directory path.
