Add uninstall-options attribute for packages

It would be really nice to have the equivalent of setup-options on uninstall so the user could determine whether certain uninstall operations occur or not (e.g., removing data and/or tables created by using a component).

@BobRay is this not one of the options already when selecting uninstall? Or do some plugins leave rubbish behind after an install?

You can add a script to an extra package that displays a form with options on install. Then you can tailor the install based on the user's responses.

This is a request for the same feature on uninstall.

I'm afraid this will be abused to prevent people from uninstalling extra's instead..

I can't imagine the motivation for that. It would never occur to me.

Also, an uninstall can already leave behind anything it wants to, up to and including the whole package. A bit of code in a validator and the whole uninstall can be aborted, leaving behind everything. And, a bit of code in a resolver could simply reinstall some or all of the package after the uninstall.

As an example of why this would be useful, some of my packages create resources and utility snippets. A user uninstalling the package might still want to keep the resources and some of the utility snippets.
