是下载的问题。可以手动打开Assistant。会出现Error: Download aborted. 复制Error中的github网址，在浏览器中打开，手动下载对应压缩包（PaddleOCR-json）并解压，后移动到三月七工具箱文件夹内的temp文件夹中。再次尝试运行launcher。

此问题已解决！需要自己在文件夹March7thAssistant下创建一个名为3rdparty的文件夹，然后将OCR文件解压到此文件夹内，在运行三月七小助手即可正常。
如果还是报错：那就将temp文件夹内也解压一份OCR。
