Feature Request: UI Animation and Styling Enhancement

Summary

Improve the user interface with animations and styling updates to enhance user experience, increase visual appeal, and provide better feedback during interactions.

Background

Our current UI is functional but lacks visual polish and feedback mechanisms that would make the application feel more responsive and engaging. Modern web applications utilize animations and styling to guide users, indicate state changes, and create a more polished experience.

Proposed Animations and Styling Updates

Transition Animations

• Implement smooth page transitions (fade, slide)
• Add transition effects between modal/dialog open/close states
• Create subtle animations for expanding/collapsing elements

Feedback Animations

• Button press/hover states with visual feedback
• Loading indicators with meaningful animations
• Success/error states with appropriate visual cues
• Progress indicators for multi-step processes

Component Styling Enhancements

• Refresh color palette for better contrast and visual hierarchy
• Update typography for improved readability
• Standardize component shadows and elevation
• Implement consistent border radiuses and spacing

Technical Implementation Considerations

• Use CSS transitions and animations where possible
• Consider a library like Framer Motion or React Spring for more complex animations
