This change will add the ability to run the generator portion in a powershell environment. It will need the QRCoder.dll for .NET 4.0 found in qrcoder.1.7.0.nupkg\lib\net40\ from this project: https://github.com/Shane32/QRCoder.
This may fit better in its own folder within the project with its own readme. As QRCoder is licensed MIT QRCoder.dll can most likely be safely included in this repo.
I probably did not follow your style guidelines at all. Let me know if you want me to redo this and what.
