SET FIELD VALUE not working when state change through drag and drop #90

@mohitbagra Hi,
I am trying to achieve set due date on the basis of state changes. It's working fine when we change the state on work item form. But when the state is changed through work item drag and drop from the board column it's not working. Please indicate if I miss something in this.
