[Feature Request] Allow show/hide of source pane and not just rendered view pane

After I get my source file correct, I'd like to hide it until I need to make changes.  Currently, "Toggle Markdown Panel" only shows/hides the rendered view.  Could we have a second option to show/hide the other panel too?
