Add Java 25 support

I tested to latest release of Aspectj 1.9.25 and I get following error

AJC compiler errors:
[ERROR] error unrecognized single argument: "-25"
[ERROR] error no sources specified

I guess following line need to be updated to support Java 25

Or simply use the dev.aspectj version of the plugin which does not need to be patched for each new Java version. 😉
