What the plan for clang providers, if any?

Apple Xcode, Unix packages and the standard Windows binary package at LLVM (http://releases.llvm.org/download.html) offer the standard toolchain with GCC-compatilble flags.

The Windows binary package also offers CL and LINK compatible tools.
