Checksum for deployed metadata should be accepted

Now we have a warning like:

```
[WARNING] Failed to upload checksum ....
```

and checksum file is not stored in hosted repo,
but thanks to `AutoDigestFileSystem` generated checksum will be returned.

We should accept deployed checksum file and return the same - not generate new.
