Gulp babel-lib can't run via syntax error

On master:

$ gulp babel-lib

I notice there's no .babelrc file in the repo, maybe that's related?

Hey @weisjohn, sorry for the inconvenience! gulp is actually redundant for this repo, so we need remove it completely.
