Make "reset stock" available in API calls

Currently the stock that gets reset in the refund manager isn't available in the API. For some warehousing / ERP systems this could be useful information, especially with Shopware and the stock / available stock calculations.

you just need to provide the resetStock count and it should work :)

Nice. However we don't receive this data. Could be related to #348 because lineItems aren't correctly processed?

ah you mean in the GET of the data?
technically its just a parameter that you send in your POST, and then the plugin will reset the stock in shopware. mollie isnt really related in that case. so maybe a misunderstanding?
