docs: opensource-ready README and MIT license

Rewrite README for public consumption with two-layer explanation
(generic NixOS-on-AWS vs CLAWDINATOR-specific). Adds:
- Architecture diagram and deploy flow
- Quick start for learners, full deploy for maintainers
- Agent copypasta block
- CLAWDINATOR spec with full behavioral contract
- Sister repos and philosophy sections

MIT license to match upstream clawdbot.
