Not enough pins

The management of the pins is getting complicated having to manage the various components to avoid conflicts of use, moreover other pins that I did not expect cannot be used because they are dedicated to specific functions of the ESP32

For now, we have connected the touch sensor to the DHT11 sensor, which interfere with each other minimally since the DHT11 operates briefly every 5 minutes, allowing us to free up an additional pin and utilize all the components.
