Hiding and showing impact criteria no longer functional after first assessment

In the latest updates to MONARC, there appears to have been an update that removed the option to display hidden impact criteria in the assessment scales after the first assessment has been made, thereby blocking the adjustment of dimensions. Is there a reason for this?

Interestingly, it is still possible to show and hide within the impact assessments. Could this be a bug?
