`azure.subscription.web.availableRuntimes` does not return all available Runtime

azure.subscription.web.availableRuntimes.where(id == /PYTHON/)

does only list Python Versions up to v3.11.

The Azure Console already allows for v.3.13:

When re-writing this it would be immensely helpful to get the output sorted by those fields:
a) name
b) majorVersion

What we really need it to do is to get the latest available version of each stack (language).

@mm-weber is this for Linux or Windows? Also, can you share how did you get to that screen in the Azure Portal?

@afiune , Linux/Windows should not really matter.
The example with Python is for Linux only though.

In the Azure Portal, under App Services you can create a WebApp just so:

That's where you can choose what stack to use.

The azure.subscription.web.availableRuntimes should reflect what's offered over there.
