Add a resource to list installed KBs #6608

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have only limited visibility into the KBs installed on a system.
We only know about installed hotfixes because they are listed as packages.
Describe the solution you'd like
A list of KBs and when they were installed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Additional context
This will make debugging easier, but also allow us to write query packs to check whether all systems have a specific KB installed.
