Filtering by instance id does not work

Filtering by instance id does not work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

cnquery shell aws --filters instance-d=your-instance-id
but it returns all the instances

need to check if this is still a bug

cnspec shell aws --discover instances --filters ec2:instance-ids=i-0b9aa078b9059d143 does work with the filtering. sounds like we need to update docs
