Creation of custom Modules

I'd like to see an option to be able to create custom modules I can add to the Contact Information section. For instance, I'd like to be able to add peoples zodiac sign. Maybe it can be shown automatically when you enter in someones birthdate?

Then I could also create a module for Medical information. That could come in handy.
