ECS Container Insights dashboard

Container Insights for ECS (not EKS) was added to Grafana v6.6. It would be great to have a dashboard for it.

Feel free to create PR.

Container Insights for ECS (not EKS) was added = autocomplete/suggestion feature knows exact names. But that isn't stopping you to use it also in the older version. You just need to write name space/metric name manually instead of selecting it from the suggested options.
