Make layout override affect all inputs on the website

Many people use this site to learn keyboard layouts and so it would be helpful to be able to use the keyboard layouts provided by Monkeytype outside of the typing zone such as commands or creating a custom text to suit the keyboard layout. Since I'm trying to learn Dvorak Left Hand but my laptop can only do Dvorak, Workman, Colemak, and QWERTY. So it feels weird trying to switch between Dvorak Left Hand and Dvorak all the time.
