Generate C# classes from C++ as internal instead of public

Brief Description

Cppsharp generates the classes from cpp code as public.
Is there some way to generate it as internal

OS: Windows / OS X / Linux (include version and/or distro)

Target: MSVC/GCC/Clang

@upretyrohan I'm afraid it isn't possible right now but if you'd like to help out, you could add a setting for it. Still, I'm curious why you need internal classes? After all, a binding is an API to be consumed by other users and its classes should be accessible. If you tell me about use case, it might as well turn out you don't really need internal classes.

I have a another interface over this generated code, and that should be only visible , not
the generated one. So that's why i want it to be internal .

Though not elegant, but you can access the generated code and replace public with internal as a string. You will need to fiddle with the output structure to find your targeted classes.

I have used this method to rename class names that follow translation units names.
