BUG: Case studies can still be choosed as a target even if MONSIEURBIZ_SYLIUS_BLOG_ENABLE_CASE_STUDIES is false

Description

According too the README its possible too enable/disable the case studies. Its disabled by default in the admin menu in the blog section but still visible in the target modal in the SyliusMenuPlugin. It should also be disabled there and only shown when MONSIEURBIZ_SYLIUS_BLOG_ENABLE_CASE_STUDIES is true

@maximehuran I have looked into it. And i'm not sure if the issue is really inside the URL providers. Because it seems, those are only responsible for providing the data. For example find existing case studies etc.

But its not responsible for actually adding those URL providers too the choose target modal. Because this is where the issue lies and needs to be fixed. And if i'm not wrong this is in the SyliusMenuPlugin.

Or perhaps I am overlooking something..
