Place the "rtmidi.pyd" in the MakeHuman directory. You can find it here : rtMidi Just download the archive, extract and find the library
To use it you need to create a virtual midi (wifi) port on your computer with this : rtpMidi
Tried and works with this android app. TouchDAW free But virtual keyboard works too.
