Client crashes upon launch with exception 0xc0000005 mentioning igd10iumd64.dll

Describe the bug
After I launch the Moonlight Game Streamingclient, it's process immediately terminates.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and install MoonlightSetup-6.1.0.exe using default options.
2. Reboot PC
3. Launch the client
