Not sure where to report this, but the DNS for your website is miconfigured.
You currently have a CNAME record on your apex zone at moonrepo.dev, which is invalid. While many systems will return forward to the CNAME, all record requests against moonrepo.dev will be forwarded to your CNAME destination of moonrepo.github.io, this includes MX, TXT and DNSSEC related records.
Currently on a system validating DNSSEC, your site does not load due to this misconfiguration.
