[UI Bug] Modify Staking CTA switch

Issue:

Once a user completes a staking, the "Stake" button changes to "Modify Stake". This switch should happen only on the staking category - community or self staking... and not on both.

Acceptance Criteria:

For self staking:
WHEN a user stakes on Self
AND has not staked on Community
THEN the user will see "Modify Stake" as the CTA on the button for Self Staking
AND the user will see "Stake" as the CTA on the button for Community Staking

For community staking:
WHEN a user stakes on Community
AND has not staked on Self
THEN the user will see "Modify Stake" as the CTA on the button for Community Staking
AND the user will see "Stake" as the CTA on the button for Self Staking
