refactor: move visualization compute to IndraNet

- Remove PCA/dimensionality reduction from CLI (linfa deps) - Remove --viz flag from push command - Remove viz-json export format, keep simple json export - Keep VizExport types for IndraNet compatibility - Fix async doctest (no_run → ignore) Binary size reduced from ~15MB to 8.3MB. Visualization will now be computed server-side by IndraNet.
