Recommendation on server proximity

As per Piotr's request, the documentation should include some recommendations on server proximity and the importance of low latency. This could go near the section recommending against VPS's.

All MooseFS components (master, chunks, metaloggers, clients) are highly recommended to be run within the same datacenter and better still under the same network switch.
