Time stamp in Power Query

I have a power query with time in the format "HH:mm:ss" however when I do group by, it appears that the time stamps also include a decimal of seconds, so the format really is "hh:mm:ss.xxxxxxx" where there are 7 "x"s after the second. How do I round this decimal?
