Questions related to LDRIN

In the LDRIN document at https://github.discoverfinancial.com/tech-academy-org/check-processing-service-dossier/blob/master/docs/fed-large-dollar-return-notications/Checks_Large%20Dollar%20Return%20Item_Originate%20Guide.pdf, there are several field names that I am not sure how to populate from the check fields as represented in the imagecashletter library. Could someone help please with how to get the following information for a check?

1. Check’s date
2. BOFD name
3. Maker or payor name
4. Depositor name
5. Depositor account number
6. Trace/Sequence No

We use this lib so I think I can probably be useful given enough info here
