Some of the code in browser_hub.R relies on files that are now bundled with GAMBLR.data and versioned. Can someone please update these to make use of the versioned files (e.g. aSHM regions)? The code here is also just a starting point for a more comprehensive release of GAMBL data. I'm looking for someone who can drive this forward.
