Add testnet chainIds and addresses in `@morpho-org/blue-sdk`

I was building a frontend to integrate @morpho-org/bundler-sdk-viem and @morpho-org/simulation-sdk-wagmi.
Calling useSimulationState with sepolia chain ID 11155111 causes a runtime error Uncaught TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'morpho' of 'import_blue_sdk.addresses[chainId]' as it is undefined.

Some testnet IDs should be supported as they are listed on https://docs.morpho.org/get-started/resources/addresses/
