Add Cassandra Support for Basic Auth

Similar to card https://github.com/motiv-labs/janus/issues/463

We should follow the same pattern the mongoDB Basic auth does and just build on and expand the Repo code. Use the same config and all as the Repo.   Essentially if using Cassandra it is used for everything.
