Proxy path rewrite option #772

Expected behaviour
This is not a bug. I was checking if we can add path rewrite option to proxy. So that we can use this feature if stub path and original path is different.
Actual behaviour
This will help to configure stub path to be different compare to original api path. This will help where we need multiple teams with want to test same api with different stubs

OS : Mac
mountebank : latest
node.js : latest
(only if installed via npm)
Installation method :
(npm, zip, tar, pkg, deb, rpm)
