Move domain name and possibly add url redirects

Need to move over parsonsproject.org domain name from pubpub to github pages.

Note: pubpub has a weird structure for guides, blog posts, etc for example "https://www.parsonsproject.org/pub/what-we-accomplished-in-2022/release/2" - can we set it up so github can redirect those weird formats to an equivalent like "https://www.parsonsproject.org/blog/what-we-accomplished-in-2022/"
