To utilize performance_text_fixture tool to measure memory usage etc.

It would be nice if we can measure the memory usage in ROS middlewares and detect memory leaks if it has. There is such a tool to do this work and it's compatible with our infrastructure. : https://github.com/ros2/performance_test_fixture
