bug in Hyprland in detect mode

breaking in hyprland 0.54 version, seems new permission system breaking wl-kbptr

ho i missed that, i did search for issue before raising this bug report..

but he said it's fixed in hyprland 0.54.1.. but i am on 0.54.2 and it's broken.. 🥲 seems it again got broken..

grim and wf-recorder working.. hence it thought it's a bug with wl-kbptr...

As an interim, I rolled back to 0.53.3-2, as I didn't have luck with 0.54.1, and that's sorted the issue.

Was wondering why this randomly was not working for me after updating. Will revert back for now.

FWIW, its broken on 0.54.3 of hyprland (latest version). Unclear if this is an issue with wl-kbptr or hyprland. Keeping my version pinned at 0.53.3-2 for now.
