Add information the first time users launch an experiment / annotation job

After removing #1248 the first time users run an annotation job or launch an experiment in Lumigator the job will take longer than before, as we are not warming up the cache.

Ideally, we should let users know that the first run will take a while because it has to download the models locally and only the first time around.
