This is incorrect - Speedometer is a "score" based benchmark (or, to be more precise, it measures runs per minute), so higher scores are better. Weirdly enough, this page shows it correctly:

("correctly" as in it labels the axis with "score", and it shows the values descending, as all the graphs should visually be "lower is better" as per #14)
