[Webcompat reporting tool] - Choose issue type selector icon is too small and the spacing before "Choose" is too big

Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh install FF.
2. Access a webpage then tap on 3 dot menu.
3. Expand the menu then tap on the Report Broken Site button.
4. Observe “Choose issue type” selector icon.

Expected behavior

“Choose issue type” selector icon is not too small and the spacing before “Choose” is not too big, as per figma

Actual behavior

“Choose issue type” selector icon is too small and the spacing before “Choose” is too big.
