No haptic feedback for long-pressing urlbar (happens after release instead)

Steps to reproduce

Press and hold the urlbar (address bar) until you get some kind of feedback.

Expected behavior

Both visual and haptic (vibrate) feedback after a second or two to acknowledge you have held the button long enough to get some action or menu.

Actual behavior

There is visual feedback: the urlbar "hovers", but there is no haptic feedback or action menu until you RELEASE the urlbar. This differs from previous behavior as well as the behavior of almost any other long-press-able UI button/element, especially like url links. It keeps you holding the urlbar unnecessarily, waiting for something to happen, and it is not what the user expects.

Same issue when long pressing on the "Refresh" button or when long pressing on the "Page action menu" to open the share sheet.

Caused by UIDragInteraction on the same view blocks UILongPressGestureRecognizer. We should decide which one should be exist.
