well-maintained derived project

Thanks to Mozilla's amazing DeepSpeech and there is [a well-maintained derived project](https://github.com/zhouwg/DeepSpeech). It focus on Android-based device and hope it's useful for community.

btw, there is an excellent/amazing open source ASR project [whisper.cpp ](https://github.com/ggerganov/whisper.cpp)and mightbe we should integrate whisper.cpp to this deprecated project.
