Description
To make user and development experience easier we should make it more straightforward to write and run tests locally. Implementing https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kkqgRkbpD79--qtrtchg1H8YVT9lKdZoSt6ZfFbhSA0/edit?tab=t.0 is a first step towards that.
